Refund Policy

The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without stating any reasons, within 14 days and without any penalty, in accordance with applicable laws, pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, starting from the date of receipt of the products.

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Customized products, unless they are defective or do not comply with the requested specifications.

  • Contracts of minor value concluded outside business premises (Article 47, paragraph 2, Consumer Code). For the purpose of defining a “contract of minor value,” the limit established by national legislation is €50, in accordance with EU regulations.

In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer with a single order and delivered separately, the 14-day period shall start from the date of receipt of the last product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform Francesco Vaiasuso, Via Francesco Crispi 54, 91011 Alcamo (TP), Italy, of the decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration sent to vaiasusof@gmail.com.

Following withdrawal from this contract, Francesco Vaiasuso will refund all payments made by the customer without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal is communicated.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

The customer is required to return or deliver the products without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which they communicated their intention to withdraw from the sales contract.

The products must be returned:

  • properly packaged in their original packaging, not damaged, altered, or soiled, and complete with all accessories, instructions, and documentation;

  • accompanied by the delivery note (included in the original packaging) so as to allow Francesco Vaiasuso to identify the customer (order number, first name, last name, and address);

  • without clear signs of use, except those compatible with normal testing of the item (they must not show signs of prolonged use or use exceeding the time necessary for testing, and must not be in a condition that prevents resale).

If the returned product does not comply with the above conditions, the withdrawal shall have no effect.

Within 7 business days from receipt of the goods, the amount will be refunded using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, where possible (e.g., Credit Card, PayPal).
