Products must be returned intact, undamaged, unused, and complete with their original packaging and documentation.
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of a compliant return.

8. Defective or Non-Conforming Products

In the event of defects or non-conformity, the customer must contact the seller within 14 days of receipt, providing photographic documentation.
The seller will arrange for replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

9. Liability

The seller shall not be liable for:
