Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days from payment confirmation.
During periods of high demand or for handcrafted products, preparation times may be longer. In such cases, the customer will be notified by email.

Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are not considered business days.


2. Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on the selected courier and the destination. On average:

  • Italy: 2–5 business days

  • Islands and remote areas: 3–7 business days

Any delays caused by the courier are not attributable to the seller; however, customers may contact us for assistance.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout and may vary based on:

  • destination,

  • shipment weight,

  • any active promotions (e.g. free shipping above a certain order value).

The final shipping cost is always displayed before order confirmation.


4. Free Shipping

When available, free shipping is automatically applied once the minimum order value indicated on the website is reached.
Any exclusions (such as bulky products or deliveries to remote areas) will be clearly stated in the offer conditions.


5. Shipment Tracking

Once the package has been handed over to the courier, the customer will receive an email containing the tracking number, which can be used to independently monitor the delivery status.


6. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
The courier will attempt delivery one or more times; if delivery is unsuccessful, the package may be held at a pickup point or returned to the sender.

Any additional costs related to storage or reshipment will be charged to the customer, unless otherwise agreed.


7. Package Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are advised to check:

  • the integrity of the packaging,

  • any signs of tampering.

If visible damage is found, the customer must accept the delivery with reservation or refuse it, documenting the issue with photographs and promptly contacting the seller.
